School's Out!

So last week we wrapped up our school year.....yay we survived!

So this little guy officially finished kindergarten....sniff, sniff
Can't believe my first baby is now going to be a 1st grader?!! But I am so proud of him and he had such a great year! We have loved our school/homeschool time! It's been such a good first year!


So here he is back in September on the first day of school....kinda see the change, but seems subtle too.

 Of course along with turning 5 years old, this big girl also finished her Preschool year! She did so great and loved every minute of it! Hard to believe she is now going to kindergarten!

 Here is her 1st day pic from Sept......her hair is longer now, but hard to see too much of a change here.

we loved our teachers too! so fun to have a friend get to be your child's teacher! i couldn't have picked a better one!

Today this baby of mine turns 5 years old.......

Can't believe she's 5 years old today! I thought I'd share this video I made for her 3rd birthday......so sweet remembering  how much our family has changed in the past 5 years! Very thankful at all the Lord has done! We are indeed blessed greatly!

5 months: Update

So a little over 2 weeks ago this girl turned 5 months old!

So many new fun things happening with this big girl! She is definitely giving us more sleep! She is consistently going 7-8 hours at night (at 4 months it was still on and off--but I would definitely say it's a consistent thing now)......she smiles and laughs all the time! She is just such a happy, happy girl!

and had fun hanging with cousin Rett; so sweet! reminds me of seeing this......

where did the time go?? I barely remember these days!!?!

she also started grabbing and wanting to "hold" toys....

Maggie Starks you are growing by the minute! We are having so much fun watching how you change, and ever thankful you are apart of our family! I know it is just a matter of time before you will be up and running with the big kids.....your little body is full of smiles and excitement as you watch them!
Trying to savor all these moments is hard some days.....I don't want to look back and think I really missed them! Off to go savor my babies!

Five Months

Can't believe this precious little girl is 5 months old!! It's May 2nd so we've officially been 5 months for the past two days......although I'm too tired to download the camera and more recent pics here is a cute one from a couple weeks ago.
