First haircut

Such a big girl sitting in the chair....with a sucker of course, to keep her from crying while her few hairs were cut!

I know so many pictures of one little girl....but they were just too cute not to post! Today for the first time in her not quite 2 short years of life, Emery-Claire had her first haircut! She hasn't really had much hair at all, but all those curls were beginning to get very bushy and nesty in the back of her head--and a slight ratail/mullet (whatever you want to call it) was forming back there as well. Casey always cuts Reed's hair, but with those curls I was so scared I'd butcher it or something. So I took her to the sweet lady who has cut my hair, and boy was this little gal dotted on in there! As you can see from the photos above, as usual she warmed up quickly to all the attention. And as we left told Suzi "tank you" and "bye-bye"!
